The purity of the Argentine Sea
San Arawa operates in the Southwestern Atlantic Ocean, mainly in water bodies of the Malvinas current or under a strong influence of that current.
This is the only region in the Southern hemisphere where certain environmental and oceanographic conditions occur, near Cape Horn, at a 300-800 m. depth, providing the species that live in it cold (4-6˚) waters of exceptional quality.
The great distance from urban and industrial centers, and the Antarctic origin of the waters that dominate the composition and dynamics of these water bodies prevent the existence of polluting agents, both organic and inorganic.
It is in this large oceanic area, free from sources of pollution, where the species that San Arawa catches, processes and sells live.
